With a background of 20 years as an Occupational Therapist, I have supported thousands of service users to achieve their goals to enhance their quality of life. With a passion for service development within all of my given employment roles and my life purpose being to support people on their 'eco journey', I am in a perfect position to support clients to achieve their personal, family or small business environmental goals. I want to support anyone who is interested in making eco-friendly changes and growing their knowledge on how to live more sustainably, whether they are an individual, interested as part of a family, business or school, I can support you through a multitude of ways such as:- Mentoring -1:1 and group options available - to help you achieve your small, achievable sustainable goals and to help you have accountability for your planned actions, supporting you to understand your eco values and how to incorporate these into your everyday life. From 30 minute Focus Calls to 2 hour Indepth calls I can tailor support for what you need!- Workshops - pay what you can afford for a variety of workshops such as Having a more Eco Christmas, How to reduce Party Waste, Eco Business Workshop and more always on the horizon. - Free resources from social media support (see our groups Eco Essex, Eco Essex Rehome Reuse Repurpose and Eco Education) to You Tube videos, Education newsletters and website.- Project Leading - I have recently led a sustainable project with En-form Charity providing free Healthier Period Workshops in schools, youth clubs, to health workers and more. With my ambitious mindset, interest in Service Development, passion for the environment and background in supporting individuals with achieving their goals, I am looking for collaborations to support existing and new initiatives to spread the word across Essex and beyond on environmental issues.
