Manage multiple construction projects from project inception to closeout. .Co-ordinate with design division to generate design drawings and specifications, co-ordinate with budget division to secure appropriate funds, assist and partner with procurement department to award construction contract on time, manage a team of engineers who supervise Contractor's field work, approve contractor's Construction Management team, correspond with the Contractor on all aspects of the project, review and approve Contractor's construction schedule, detailed estimates, plans and sequence of work, logistics, safety assurance program/plans, quality assurance program/plans, assure safety at work site and work performed is of good quality as specified in contract. Assure Contractor's work is progressing as per schedule, assure change orders to address differing site conditions are processed on time, monitor expenditure on the project, report project status to upper management, hand over completed works to user department, finalize contractor's account and closeout construction contracts.
