January 2018 - January 2023, Teacher, World Vision, Karongi- Kiziba Camp, Rwanda Prepared lesson plans and schemes of work with their objectives, and did the follow-up to make sure the objectives were achieved. Taught different courses to 400 students of Senior 3 and designed summative assessments and daily assignments with the aim of tracking their progress. Supported 400 senior three (3) students to prepare for their national exams by helping them to make a correction to the national past papers exam. By doing this in the academic year of 2019, 75% of the students whom I supported succeeded in the National Exam.
