I love creating content that tells a story. Whether it be acting in a 3D movie about zom-bees, interviewing, filming, and editing a documentary about a team's fight to return to glory or helping create, edit, and/or produce almost a dozen different podcast series, I have always enjoyed telling a story. Getting the opportunity to interview federal, state, and local officials, while also running marketing campaigns, and creating storyboards has helped me develop a range of skills to take on any challenge with confidence, such as helping a university advancement office win its first-ever national award! I have been on both sides of the desk in my career, being in a position of management, hiring, and customer service for a multi-million dollar business, but also starting at the bottom of an organization, and building respect with peers and supervisors. Some of my favorite projects have involved collecting and analyzing customer statistics, recognizing trends, and how to improve.The best description of myself, given to me by one of my previous supervisors, is a "Swiss army knife", and I have proven that versatility, by writing and recording news stories for both newspaper and TV, creating and presenting business proposals, and simultaneously running 3+ social media platforms for several organizations. I believe I have shown the drive to do whatever it takes to be great, working 40+ hours, while being in full-time school (sometimes with a 1+ hour commute) and still holding leadership positions, for over half a decade.What excites me most is I am just getting started in my professional career, and I am excited about what the future holds!
