I am a result-oriented and highly motivated individual who can learn and adapt quickly. With my 5+ years of experience as the Adult Matriculation Officer with OTDF, I have taken on an additional role as the Community Education Section's Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant in the M&E Committee. My role at OTDF was complex and varied the reporting needs of different stakeholders. I was responsible for delivering the program by managing 37 manpower across 11 Satellite Study Centres in one of the most inaccessible regions single-handedly. I worked with village project committees and women's associations to identify and formulate project documentation for CMCA Development Trusts for funding and report on the implementation of approved projects. I was faced with a stringent schedule to complete these tasks and prepare reports for different stakeholders according to their requirements on time, which required excellent time management skills. Additionally, it required extensive travelling by outboard motor and plane to communities that took weeks at a time in the communities. This demanded a high level of organisation and planning skills.The success stemmed from collaborations across the different stakeholders and OTDF. The stakeholders include OTML, 6 Mine Villages, 8 CMCA Development Trusts, 8 Women’s Associations, National FODE, and PNG University of Technology. The program is the flagship program of the foundation. • Expanded the FODE program from 3 to 11 Satellite Study Centers • Established and managed a print shop and attained self-reliance and sufficiency in 2018. • Reduced management costs by 21%.• Monitored, evaluated and improved management, reporting and community engagement practices. • Improved the literacy level and provided an opportunity for 20+ students to access tertiary education and training. • Contributed to OTDF Strategic Business Plan 2021 to 2025. • Contributed to OTDF M&E FrameworkWith my recent role at Kokoda Track Foundation-Kokoda College (KTF) as Deputy Principal, I have enhanced my leadership ability and cultivated an experience of working with international partners committed to the overall vision and mission of KTF. In this role, I have improved the community relations with the community and collaboration between Provincial Education Authorities, and other NGOs in the area. The enrolment was increased by 30% and enrolled 12% of disabled bodies. I Improved facility operations and coordination of expansion projects with support from national and internal partners.
