In charge of all aspects of ½ acre farm plot – including- all horticultural labor- forming and managing an internship program, with participation in the growing jumping from a 20% retention rate in 2017 to 80% in 2018- coordinating and facilitating educational programming within and outside of internship program, creating and maintaining connections with local NGOs and fellow student organizations - acted as the sole representative of entire organization in meetings with faculty advisers (specifically September 2017 - December 2018)- giving presentations and leading open dialogues on food culture, food sovereignty, and sustainable agriculture practicesAs a director and board member, responsibilities also include - handling intra-board management in creating a peer review system- mentoring younger board members- assisting with programming and brand management.

Created and taught swim instruction curriculum to ages 2-12 for swim lessons. In charge of all curriculum as well as -classroom management strategies, -creating individual monthly progress updates for every child, frequently handling over 40+ student profiles in a review period -communicating with parents, occasionally with parents who did not have English as a first language-occasionally led a bilingual class to assist Spanish-speaking students in their success

Guided students through the requirements of the International Studies Major, -hosted events in the IS major-assisted in scheduling and managing student traffic as a receptionist-spearheaded a student photo contest to increase student engagement-controlled brand management including social media and website (Facebook, Instagram, Mailchimp, and Wordpress)

Camp counselor, created and lead ages 6-12 in activities related to leadership, self-esteem, outdoor education, STEM skills, etc. Supervised the transportation of 40+ girls daily to and from day camp.

Designed and implemented supplemental activities for English-learning students ages 8-11. -Met with children twice a week in the morning-focused English learning on proven ESL methods such as: TPR and highly immersive play

Constructed a student organization for a parent NGO; organized events such as: a charity race, movie series, and educational speakers. Collaborated with local organizations and student body to spread awareness on and off campus.
