Sales Operations Lead
Current• Increase validity of contact addresses by 80% over the course of 6 months by building reporting metrics to ensure correct information for over 150,000 customer payments• Reduce number of rejected invoices by 40% through implementing validation rules aligning to Sabrix• Support Sales Compensation Team with monthly reports highlighting positive orders to ensure Sales Teams are compensated correctly and fairly• Liaison between IT finance and Revenue Operations team for all integration issues between Oracle R12 and the internal Salesforce application• Manage and process queue of 30,000+ Global Attrition Requests• Design and execute macros on Excel to automate over 150,000 data entry inputs for data load• Assist with Internal, SOX and External Audit requests• Point of contact within Sales Operations for all systems projects relating to Salesforce’s billing engine and financials system• Build reports using Salesforce’s internal reporting tool and provided analytics to the Sales Operations team and management
