In this role as a Consultant, Technology Analyst (TA) for Business Requirements in Finance Technology, Business Solutions Area, focused on leading a team of TA’s to lead the delivery of programs and projects, while improving the requirements analysis competency and capabilities at Nationwide. As a leader in requirements analysis, contributed, consulted, interacted with higher level management and provided technical expertise to lead Nationwide’s most complex Tier 1- IT Financial projects with large scope and cross functional team impacts, across departments and businesses. Built relationships with all levels of IT and Business partners. Practiced Scaled End to End Agile Processes. Provided conceptual understanding of system flows, data usage, and work processes. Key Highlights:• Effectively Facilitated requirements definition sessions to translate complex and ambiguous business problem statements into development ready requirements for Dev Ops lines. Coordinated all activities related to documenting business needs to system functional, non-functional and information requirements, ensuring adequate test coverage and UAT planning. • Partnered and collaborated with the Sourcing Business teams to provide analytical support for Data Visualization and reporting capabilities in Oracle Analytics Cloud to create a curated dataset from multiple source datasets.

PROJECT RA – PLT (PERSONAL LINES TRANSFORMATION) Project Requirements lead on multiple lines of business, ICC (Independent Channel Capabilities) and ISP (Internet Servicing Policy - Portal) supporting multiple releases.Transformation and Data Integration Requirements lead on ICP / ISP, where the goal is to integrate Internet Servicing with Guidewire Policy Center and roll out policy self-servicing capabilities inline with PLT rollout schedule starting 2.0 release. While integrating with Policy Center, the expectation is to integrate and support an application complying with NextGen architecture principles through EDGE. My role has been to lead the Integration planning and requirements in the successful implementation of the Self Servicing Web Portal. I have also been supporting other key Policy Administration system functionality such as eSignature capability, SmartRide data collection and other functionalities related to State differences. Supported numerous Policy Center releases in the same capacity.Key Highlights:• Effectively Facilitated requirements definition sessions• Iterative Solution Scoping - Coordinated all activities related to translating business needs to system functional, non-functional and information requirements.• Partnered and collaborated with the Digital Business and Policy Center Business teams to define and document business goals, processes and practices to provide input to Integration solution requirements.
