Thought provoking and intricate problems thrill me, and being a part of a team of like-minded individuals inspires me.Throughout my career I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of complex systems from multiple platforms. Starting with the EA-6B ICAP III(Electronic Jamming Aircraft) to the MH-60S (Navy “Black Hawk”). I am also proud to say that I am part of a small group of people that were able to change the lives of hundreds of people by training and leading them through basic training . My experiences gave me the unique perspective as both a leader and a technician, allowing me to see distinctive solutions to complex problems.My career thus far has granted me the opportunity to take on numerous roles; Leader, Organizer, Instructor, Planner, and Counselor just to name a few. Through these varied experiences I’ve learned a few key qualities about myself.• I am the first to volunteer for challenging tasks.• I am the one that others come to for advice and guidance.• I do not pretend to know the answer to every question, though when I am certain of something, no one questions its validity. • When others struggle, I can’t help but lend a hand.• Everyone will make a mistake, it’s how you pick yourself back up and fix it that defines your character.• It is more rewarding when everyone can share in success.
