I assisted team leaders in liaising with departments to ensure the supply of items ensuring customer satisfaction as well as maintaining the welfare of the unit. Constant department meeting and training was essential to keep the standard of the unit. I gained knowledge of medical instruments and how to sterilize them, as well as packing techniques and workload management.
