 Ensure the implementation and maintenance of project QHSE plan within ENEC. Review the contract and procurement documents as well as the operation procedure to verify the quality aspects have been considered. Preparation of quality and HSE related documents as per Clint’s requirement such as quality control plan, KPI, method of statement, HSE plan, material Submittal, Risk Assessment and related work instruction. Conduct the internal and surveillance audit on half yearly and yearly basis for QHSE department, reporting NCRs to the management and helping to improve the quality in accordance standards. Incident/Accident investigation and follow up. NCR investigation and follow up Maintain and update of legal compliance documents Preparation and update of Emergency/Contingency plan QHSE requirements on HAZMAT. Setting of site specific HSE objectives and targets and follow up on achievement action plan. Audit and assess quality and Safety risk for the operations. Ensures a Document Control Procedure is implemented within the project. Writing technical and management systems reports. Organizes periodic quality meetings with the operations to report project quality updates. Performance improvement –identification of areas of improvement, working with management team, verifying the implementation and review. Report the NCR within services and ensure follow up still closing. Ensure the compliance with international standard and Clint requirements. Preparing and review the project procedure annually with QHSE Executive. Identifies the relevant quality related training needs and delivers the training. Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are current status. Monitors and evaluates the implementation, adequacy and effectiveness of the QHSE Plan among functional groups. Ensure all logs are updated, daily monitoring the construction activities.

• Develop, implement and improve QHSE management systems, processes and procedures to support business operations in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & OSHAD-SF. • Communicates information on the QHSE Management System throughout the organization and promotes HSE awareness through various communication channels i.e. TBT, inductions, training, campaigns, discussions, emails etc. in consultation with all relevant departments. • Prepare QHSE documentation for clients/projects as per the requirements and in consultation with the BD / Operations team. • Undertake QHSE inspections internally and with third parties (contractors) as per the approved inspection program of the company. Follows up on the preventive and / or corrective actions identified during the inspections and monitors the timely closing of the actions in coordination with other departments.• Develops, facilitate and review QHSE risk assessments for routine and non-routine activities in consultation with the operations team.• Record QHSE key performance indicators on a monthly basis and issue reports as necessary. Suggest and advise changes to ensure continuous improvement on any additional effective KPIs to be added in the system as part of continual improvement.• Develops, implements and encourages the behavioral based safety culture in the organization through safe job observations and top management inspections.• Support other QHSE staff and contract managers as and when required.• Actively participate in the HSE incident investigations and prepare required reports in consultation with management.

 Prepared and Responsible for incoming materials inspection with client representative. Before consultant inspection, conducting internal inspections and concern project engineers for rectification of works. Reporting NCRs to the managements and helping to improve the quality in accordance standards. Assisting the QC Engineers for preparing method of statements, ITP and manuals. Follow up with Engineers Supervises and check completion work and timely raise inspections and coordinate with consultant/approved agency approval. Summit monthly report to manager related work rejection rate, material reaction, non –conformance report.  Provide the active support to quality management team for overall quality control & also implemented QCP & standard. Preparation of inspection and test plan, production quality procedure and method of statement. Review and inspection of all material a per specification and raise the inspections for the approval prior to installation. Daily monitoring the production activates and rise work inspection in timely manner Provide sufficient feedback to QA/QC Manger on the day to day quality issues.
