- Final responsible for running Global Volunteer Program ,sold AIESEC Internship program to organizations which increased our performance and achieved a growth of 175% . - Recruited top university talents among 124 countries to work and volunteer in Moldova. In charge of development and quality assessment of performance in field of work.- Created and coordinated National projects that involved and impacted about 3500 people in Moldova with a diverse international team members from Europe , Ibero -America , Asia and America.- Managed International relations cooperation with more than 10 countries within AIESEC network.- Enhanced national and local management capacity based on process optimization, structure evolution, coaching system evolution.

Ghana

- Created an educating and developing tool for the local office of the Organization which was used to develop more than 100 young volunteers in the University- Manage all the various social media of the local chapter of AIESEC KNUST and other expansions to different universities under the management of KNUST .- Media partnership with 3 media firms for promotion and branding of our projects and exchange opportunities which resulted in the increase of exchange experiences and revenue for the year.- Effectively managed a team of 8 members and share ideas with 113 Information managers from 113 countries globally- Managed and coordinate leadership development program for AIESEC KNUST which produced a growth rate of 135 % in membership.

- Responsible for the organizational vision towards exchange, direction and, facilitating the implementation of international and National exchange policies, local structure, coaching and support LC Exchange team, partners relation management.- Managed resources in a sensitive, timely, and results-driven manner, conducted partnerships with 14 countries on five continents, leading to 97 global internship exchanges.- Trained and tracked the development and performance of all local members and exchangers in AIESEC KNUST resulting in 89.15% growth for the year 2010/2011.
