With over nine years of customer service and inside sales experience, I am passionate about creating and maintaining a positive relationship with all customers that I interact with. As a Customer Service Specialist at The Diabetes Store, I helped customers find the best products and services for their needs. In addition, I have worked as a Clinical Assistant at Alabama Pain Physicians where I gained vast knowledge of pain management interventions. I completed an internship at East Alabama Medical Center, where I was taught valuable skills in cardiac, pulmonary, and diabetic care.
