Projects:-1- Sawary- Alexandria – Egypt Responsibilities:• study new project (POQ ,Drawings ,specs and scope)• Rising IR, MIR of Mechanical works for consultant approval.• Preparation of quantity survey.• Preparation and updates of material status and purchase requests.• Evaluate purchase requests and ensure quantities and specifications are in line with tender and project specifications.• Identification of subcontractors collecting questions & close coordination with subcontractors.• Generally responsible for implementing and monitoring all of mechanical-related works on the site.• Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.• Solve any unexpected technical difficulties that may occur at the site.• control Engineering and technical staff and distribute them among different activities.• Execution inspection request with consultant Engineer.• Preparation of As Build Drawing.
