- SME to HQ NORAD on Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (ITW/AA) and Missile Warning. Manage world-wide communications, software distribution, and system changes for the Processing and Display Subsystem – Migration missile warning system. Provide analysis and support to the ITW/AA community and over 70 Forward Users ensuring the ‘No-Fail’ Missile Warning mission. - Manage new user requests for missile warning software and hardware, and ensure training simulation computer files are available via the STRATCOM website. Review all ITW/AA event activities and investigate all anomalous system issues, and provide system inputs for discussion and resolution via daily and weekly status meetings and multiple flag-level review boards. - Implement staff and high-level taskers and respond to action items from the customer. Identify and staff packages for action as appropriate. Coordinated logistics for high-level customer review meetings. Develop and maintain configuration and classification control on all documents. Work closely with STRATCOM, AFSPC and the ITW/AA SPO in development of new strategic and theater missile profiles and system upgrade training for incorporation into future system architecture and software.- Coordinate with Air Force Space Command and Air Force Life Cycle Management Center personnel supporting the ITW/AA weapon system combining Overhead Persistent Infrared and ground-based radar systems that support the U.S. missile warning, missile defense and space surveillance missions and co-managed the STRATCOM/NORAD ITW/AA change-control process.
