I'm currently looking to move into my first IT related role. I have been working in a customer service environment since 2004 and in some cases customer facing. Several of these years I worked for Volkswagen Roadside Assistance at the Rac and would often talk customers through how to fix their issue over the phone. IT has always been a passion of mine but I've never had any formal qualifications to show what I can do. I decided in 2020 to start studying BSc ( Honours ) Computing and IT with the OU. I changed my job to free up more time for to study and away I went. I'm now 18 months into my studies and looking to add some practical experience into the mix whilst drawing on the knowledge I've learnt so far in my degree.
