I am currently working as a fleet manager for Spartan Companies in the Permian Basin of Texas. Through collaboration, short-term goal planning, and out-of-the-box thinking, the fleet I oversee has increased in size, cut costs, and improved communication between the field and office.I love working with people, and setting goals is the backbone to success in my opinion. I work hard to make sure goals and quotas are met, and passed. I strive for excellence and quality in all my work. My passion is to have customer satisfaction at 100%. Hiking, fishing, sports, and social interactions with friends and family is near and dear to my heart. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and strive to become closer to God in all that I do and say. Extrovert, optimistic, hard-working, and a pinch of stubbornness to get things done makes me unstoppable when given challenges. One word to describe me? Grit.I have experience in the psychology field through internships and work experience totaling 3 years.
