Sr. Store Systems Analyst
Current• Primary focus is on the Point-Of-Sale System and continuing to evolve the system to improve the Customer experience. • Lead several yearly projects that are directly related to POS Software or Hardware.• Coordinate weekly/monthly meetings with Stakeholders to provide status updates.• Manage Several 3rd Party Vendors to provide resources to complete projects.• Coordinate meetings with Stakeholders to gather requirements on new POS Requests.• Gather Timelines on tasks and Create Rollout Schedules for Projects. • Maintain Yearly POS Enhancement Budget.• Design, Implement, configure, test and provide day-to-day operational Store support for the POS System.• Manage Powershell scripts to deploy Monthly/Bi-Monthly POS, Java, and Apache Tomcat software upgrades, and patches.• Responsible for Maintaining Current Versions of POS, Java, and Apache Tomcat to stay PCI compliant.• Maintain Windows 2012 Servers - 136 Store Servers, 5 Corporate Servers, 10 QAS Servers.• Provide Database Support for Oracle 11g/MYSQL 5.7_21 - Run Import/Export Process - Fail Over Process.• Provide POS Reporting from Oracle databases (Oracle 11g) for business Users using SQL Developer.• Data Management - Responsible for monitoring, investigating, troubleshooting, and resending Dataflow from the Store Servers to Corporate Servers to post into SAP ERP DB.• Data Validation - Daily, nightly updates/loads from SAP ERP down to the Stores Servers. • Create Documentation and training for new enhancements for End Users.• Coordinate system server support - connectivity, services, files/directories related to POS.• Work with Corporate Departments, Stores, or Outside Sales Department with Enhancements, fixes or Issues, relating to POS System.• Provide Vendor Management - Communicate with our third Party Software Vendor - UTC Retail. Request Work Orders for Enhancement Request from the Business.
