Act as a point of contact for corporate and retail customers. Responsible for dealing with customer correspondence and instructions in order to provide a professional service to the business and personal customers. Much more to the role than just being a point of contact for customers:. Responsible for processing and where relevant, repairing small and large payments, making sure that they are paid out within the agreed SLAs. . Breaking products where relevant and either correcting or paying funds out upon request. . Work with the business client managers, inputting corporate customer instructions as well as payments. . Investigate and resolving issues with accounts that flag up on internal reports. . Making outbound calls to customers where relevant.

Work alongside the accounts team performing various tasks, whether thats day-to-day cashbook inputting and allocation of payments, or monthly projects, like company credit card maintenance and claiming back VAT.
