Grew DentSim business and sales for Image Navigation over 300%. Developed partnerships with dental schools and academic teams in order to integrate Dentsim into their programs. Established an optimal distribution network for Dentsim worldwide. Lead the development of AR Dentsim Gen 5.

Collaborated with the R&D team of Image Navigation to develop a new dental navigation system, IGI. Improved IGI competitively by developing partnerships with compatible technology companies and establishing new partner alliances through analysis of the market. Provided regulatory support for the new IGI and performed clinical testing for its new features. Evaluated business expansion opportunities in the US, Canada, and Europe for Image Navigation’s medical devices by seeking distributors for the technology and finding investors/partners.
