Responsible for the management of a large store of auto expendables parts with 3k+ SKUs and Petroleum products.Order planning and management, etc

•Responsible for managing the inventory of all Trade Stock in Etisalat operations•Receiving and issuing of Trade stock (Recharge cards, Sims, Phones and Accessories)•Update of physical Trade stock movements into the warehouse stock binder•Preparing of Stock Transfer Note (STN), Goods Outward Note (GON) and Goods Receiving Note (GRN) for the stock when dispatching or receiving stock to Dealers, Couriers and Suppliers.•Ensuring proper stock arrangement, stacking and management within the warehouse•Daily reconciliation of physical with the stock binder•Take precautions for damages during loading the material and safety for loaders

Responbilities:Promasidor Nigeria Ltd, Grand Oak, Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc, and Cadbury Nigeria Plc•Manage and control the entire depot warehouse operations•Ensure accurate and prompt rendition of transaction reports to clients.•Organize and supervise quarterly stock count exercise in the depot.

Responsibilities•Receipt of Guinness bottles for crushing•Daily supervision of the activities of crushers•Prepared waybills for crushed bottles movement to transportation to conversion sites•Daily documentation of quantity of bottle crushed and new bottles issued to Guinness factory•Daily monitoring of diesel supply from suppliers

•Inventory management and control of cap plc’s finished goods•Liaise with cap plc’s distribution Manager to ensure proper and prompt issue and distribution of goods to regional depots and customers•Monthly and quarterly stock count exercise
