Co-ordinating the implementation and continuous improvement of health, safety and environment. Managing the integration of HSE strategies across the company aimed at achieving cultural acceptance of HSE principles. Ensuring the activity and alignment of AES safety standard into all operation including, production, maintenance, quality and administrative support systems. Faciliting the development of site plans of HSE programs. Managing multiple HSE projects of considerable diversity and complexity. Assist in the management of HSE training. Seek to continuous improvement in all facets of health, safety and environment. Plan, co-ordinate and control work for the HSE department. Lead and advice HSE group. Demonstrate visible leadership & commitment to HSE. Provide direction to achieve Incident Free Operations. Maintain a proactive approach to improving HSE in line with best practice & legislation. Description I was employed by Total Waste Management Ltd, a nationally owned waste management company for almost four years, from December 2012 to July 2016. I joined this company on the 19th December, 2012 as Health, Safety and Health (HSE) Officer/Supervisor contracted to Exxon Mobil for the PNG LNG Project.Main Functions;Actively promote the Project's "Nobody Gets Hurt" objective and the leading with safety program. Support line management in meeting the project expectations and in the effective implementation of the Exxon Mobil and project management system. Collaborate with and support the management/workers in the execution of their scope of work in accordance with project's expectations and requirements. Coach and advice company and contractor/s personnel to support the establishment of "Nobody Gets Hurt" work environment. Collect and analyse data on safety initiatives and performance for reporting to project and functional management. Identify and assist with prioritization of opportunities for site safety process improvements.Task and Responsibilities;Ensure all incidents are recorded and investigated appropriately. Conduct site audits and inspections as per the requirements of the Site safety Management Plan. Track and report the project HSE performance to project and site management as per the requirements of the plan. Develop project specific procedures and safe work method statements as required. Assist in the resolution of HSE related matters that may arise during the course of the construction activities. Review and amend the site HSE Plan as required. Assist supervisors in the weekly toolbox talk topics. Facilitate safety related training as required. Supervise and monitor HSE compliance.

Task and Responsibilities;Promote safety awareness and safe performance among project team members, including consultants and contractor personnel through regular and continuing presence in the field. Coach and advise contractor/subcontractor safety professionals/management in risk management, incident investigation documentation, reporting and follow-up, including root cause analysis and case management. Coach and mentor the implementation of the project observation and intervention program. Establish systems to proactively identify and eliminate or acceptable control (i.e. before the activity starts) hazards and unsafe conditions. Establish systematic methods to collate and track performance measurement data and to record and track identified and agreed actions to closure. Facilitate the provision of SHES training and induction briefings to team members and visitors to site. Conduct regular safety inspections/assessments on-site in accordance with established project and site safety plans or as requested by site team members. Communicate safety initiatives, achievements, experiences and issues from other sites and projects with site team members and contractor/subcontractor safety advisors/management. Participate in investigation and follow-up of incidents/accidents; prepare notifications/reports for communication of significant incidents to company project/functional management per incident reporting procedure and matrix. Collect and share safety lessons learned.

Description I was employed by Cadden Crowe Joint Venture Pacific Limited, an international recruitment company on the 19th of April to the 2nd of July, 2010, as Safety, health and Environment Advisor on secondment to EOS Joint Venture; a subsidiary company of Worley Parsons and KBR International, contracted to Exxon Mobil for the construction of the Australia Pacific Technical College for the PNG LNG Project.My responsibilities;Ensure all incidents are recorded and investigated appropriately. Description I was employed by C&M Engineers Limited, a local civil & marine construction company in Papua New Guinea as a Project OHS Officer.I was with the company from the 30th November, 2008 to the 01st April, 2010 and have been engaged in the following projects;1. Description I have been previously working with the National Capital District Commission, Environmental Health Division as an Environmental Health Officer for five (5) and a half (1/2) years. My responsibilities and duties; Conducting workplace health and safety inspections to ensure compliance with government regulations such as; Public Health Act & Regulation, Environmental Contaminant Act & Regulation and Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulation.
