Duties:Actively promote the Project's "Nobody Gets Hurt" objective and the leading with safety program. Coach and support line management in meeting the project expectations and in the effective implementation of the Exxon Mobil and project management system. Collaborate with and support the contractor/s in the execution of their scope of work in accordance with project's expectations and requirements. Coach and advice company and contractor/s personnel to support the establishment of "Nobody Gets Hurt" work environment. Collect and analyse data on safety initiatives and performance for reporting to project and functional management. Identify and assist with priorization of opportunities for site safety process improvements.

Duties:Ensure all incidents are recorded and investigated appropriately. Conduct site audits and inspections as per the requirements of the Site safety Management Plan. Track and report the project HSE performance to project and site management as per the requirements of the plan. Develop project specific procedures as required. Assist in the resolution of HSE related matters that may arise during the course of the construction activities. Review and amend the site HSE Plan as required. Assist supervisors and sub-contractors in the development of weekly toolbox talk topics. Facilitate safety related training as required.

Duties:Conduct daily pre-starts/take 5's and toolbox meetings. Attend weekly contractor’s weekly safety meetings. Conduct weekly workplace inspections. Assisting supervisors in developing and revising job safety analysis. Conduct risk assessment, identify risks & hazards and developed control measures to reduce the risk to low. Identifying hazards, developing & implementing their controls. Conducting incident reporting and investigation. Conduct inductions for new employees and visitors. Conducting workplace health, safety and environment awareness. Record keeping meeting legislative requirements. Developing safe practices and procedures and rolling them to employees and implementing them. Developing HSE plans for the activities. Identify skills/training requirements, plan, develop and implement training programs. Conduct task safety awareness.

Duties:Providing all levels of management with leadership, advice and technical support to continuously reduce workplace injuries, illnesses and environmental incidents. Co-ordinating the implementation and continuous improvement of health, safety and environment. Managing the integration of HSES strategies across the company aimed at achieving cultural acceptance of HSES principles. Ensuring the activity and alignment of MDC safety standard into all operation including, production, maintenance, quality and administrative support systems. Faciliting the development of site plans of HSES programs. Managing multiple HSES projects of considerable diversity and complexity. Assist in the management of HSES training. Seek to continuous improvement in all facets of health, safety and environment. Plan, co-ordinate and control work for the HSES department. Lead and advice HSES group. Demonstrate visible leadership & commitment to HSES. Provide direction to achieve Incident Free Operations. Maintain a proactive approach to improving HSES in line with best practice & legislation. Develop the company's HSES Management Systems. Ensure HSES information flows through HSES group structure for effective communication and consultation. Review and audit HSES Management System to ensure effectiveness, compliance and continual improvement. Assist the Human Resources manager in personnel recruitment, selection and induction. Identify skills and training requirements in the organisation to effectively assess and control risks. Ensure that appropriate risk management training programs are in place and effective.

Duties:Conducting workplace health and safety inspections to ensure compliance with government regulations such as; Public Health Act & Regulation, Environmental Contaminant Act & Regulation and Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulation. Conducting investigations on Health, Safety and Environmental issues. Environmental monitoring and pollution control. Waste Management. Conducting inspections on commercial, industrial and settlement premises and ensuring compliance with all the relevant government laws. Advising and ensuring compliance on food sanitation and safety. Developing environment, health and safety programs / plans for the electorate which I was in charge and conducting training workshops. Conducting health education and awareness on environmental health issues. Conducting surveys and feasibility studies on new projects / developments. Approving building plans. This was a delegated responsibility given to me by the Chief Health Surveyor. Attending monthly Council meetings for the electorate
