My responsibilities included guest interaction, making drinks for all guests in the restaurant, and facilitating teamwork. I was directly responsible for the guest's experience.

I was responsible for compiling the Annual Report for our chapter to send to our National Headquarters. I continually worked on it throughout the academic year, writing extensive articles on events and posting images online. This included gathering financial data, membership and alumni involvement statistics, and new member education programming. I finished the report in April, and it was postmarked by May 1.

I met with customers, along with my boss, to determine the work necessary to achieve the look that they wanted for their lawn. We discussed materials, job time, and an average price for the type of job, and came to an agreement. I then assisted in the actual yard work in order to complete the job.
