I am a graduate of Marist College’s Fashion Merchandising Program, with a Bachelor’s of Science in Fashion Merchandising and a Concentration in Promotion.I have gained experience within multiple facets of the fashion industry, ranging from product development to product design.As an Assistant Digital Designer at Capelli Sport, a company under the Capelli New York umbrella, I worked in Adobe Illustrator to create digital flats of products with a plethora of customizations per client specifications such as crest and badge coloration and placement. The designs included both uniform kits and equipment sets for multilevel soccer organizations and clubs ranging from kiddie sports to amateur leagues as well as professional and national teams.During the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, I was accepted to the Macy’s Executive Development Program, where for 8-10 weeks I was trained for the role as Pricing Assistant Manager for the Beauty division. In that role, I managed POS and Permanent price changes as well as Max Liability levels. I spearheaded price strategies to align with legal requirements while remaining flexible to pivot and accommodate late breaking offers to remain competitive with our competitors. Aside from occasional guidance from my director, I solely managed this business for 2 years prior to a company restructuring. The aforementioned restructuring placed me in my current role as an Assistant Pricing Manager at Macy’s Backstage, where I manage the Shoes, Handbags & Accessories, Beauty, and Men’s departments.
