- Managed Local Mobility and Laptop Workshops held at Hubs across the force. This requires constant management of stock and local inventories, working with third party suppliers, supporting customers on a one to one basis for Laptop/Mobility Issuance/Repairs, the re-imaging and supply of desktops for local sites and additionally I have taken to the repair and upkeep of laptops which have fallen out of warranty.- Provide Tier 2 desk support via phone or webchat for customers using the Airwatch Mobility Platform. This requires providing guidance, instruction and remote fixes to prevent the customer having to attend a local hub. - Supported the development, knowledge and deployment of smart phones across the WMP organisation. This stemmed from the initial development of a pilot project to it's widespread launch which supported a network of 4500 devices across the force. The continued development of this new technology has led to the original devices being phased out and replaced with new models on a new and overhauled platform. This new platform was built upon my teams support, the successes of the initial model and the continued development of our customer experience. This new platform now supports 7000+ devices across the force to which i provide first and second line technical support.

- Awarded a Departmental Commander's Award in recognition of continuously exceptional customer service and technical business support.-Leading in the management of critical incidents from Tier 1. Compiling and circulating accurate and detailed technical information across to senior members of the department and our affected clients to limit customer demand, create a coherent picture and provide a resolution structure. - Trained and managed the integration of new systems analysts for a Tier 1 service desk. - Designed and modified current processes at several levels within the organisation to improve work flow and improve the quality of service organisation staff received. This led to increased customer satisfaction, quicker ticket resolution and and increased knowledge in special and niche areas of the business for my team members.- Promoted the priority and exceptional delivery of EDHR equipment and software set under the Disability Discrimination Act. To achieve this I created an organisation specific knowledge base full of detailed articles for Tier 1 to streamline and improve future customer experiences, this was created to meet best practice from the Information Technology Infrastructure Library. - Liaised with contractors and suppliers to efficiently resolve issues. This required extensive understanding of the contracts underpinning their services and skills required to guarantee the contractor delivered to our agreement.

- Responsible for the management and structuring of beauty product representation across the Birmingham Bullring branch of Victoria's Secret. I was allowed control all aspects of our beauty and body care ranges in our store within agreed upon communications with head office and officials from America.- Group and Individual training of Sales Generalists as Team Leader. I used my previous experience from the navy to build team cohesion through the use of live and imitation scenarios which enabled the generalists to be effective on the shop floor and behind closed doors.- Worked very closely with merchandising managers to galvanise, reorganise and improve the quality of merchandise flow across the store on a constant basis through peer to peer feedback. This relationship between me and our managers allowed the team to improve the quality and organisation of stock on and off of the shop floor which was subject to rigorous quarterly inspections.- I travelled to other branches, to train other staff in the knowledge of shop floor and stock room procedures and bring the same training to build cohesion and effectiveness that i brought to my colleagues at the Bullring.

The Royal Navy bolstered my development and advancement of skills in leadership, interpersonal communication, time management, man management, marinisation and militarisation. All in preparation for the potential progression into the Royal Navy as a full time officer or to take these skills and use them across various civilian working environments. Always volunteering to lead teams and units within the division, taking teams and team members through varying scenarios at sea, on land and during adventure training. I'd always take the extra time to bed in, nurture and train fresh recruits. Leading in the organisation and management of the galley and the accompanying team members that would operate as a galley unit, preparing meals for ships company during changing weather and shipping scenarios with difficult conditions often arising. I effected change during my second year to the galley logistics structure and routines to remove the inefficiency and staff numbers that crippled the galley and other ship compartments during the first year under rough and calm conditions. These changes improving the productivity and consistency in food prep and meals.Outside of my roles within the galley and other ship compartments, I would plan and prepare operations and exercises to be conducted aboard RN warships during deployments as an individual and as a team, with these operations often being undertaken in foreign waters and port; often providing numerous logistical and security challenges.
