This is a job that I do part time, when the business has large events on. In this role I am responsible for managing staff, keeping them motivated on long days, and making sure we deliver the results. I deal with customer queries, as well as making sure all fire health and saftey, and food hygeine standards are met, and adhered to. I also set up an accounting system to monitor company spending, and cash handle, organising till floats, as well as working out profit margins and pricing.
