11B InfantryConduct Stability and Support Mission in Operation Iraqi Freedom II. Conducted convoy security for all assigned supply convoys and combat support in the Sunni Triangle.Trained and implemented infantry skills to a non infantry unit. I set up M249 cleaning station and inspection stations. Set up extra M249 training classes along with M4 carbine, M26A2, M9 pistol, M24, M2 .50cal and the M240B machine gun. Implemented squad tactics basic squad movements and conduct training using other methods of ambush. Did extensive Close Quarter Combat Training at Marseilles, IL, FT Stewart, GA and Camp Blanding, FL. Focused on cross training in communications and advanced Combat Life Savers techniques.

At Wal-Mart DC 6092 I manged 6 associates to 100 associates and was involved with day to day management production meetings and compliance meetings. As member of management I helped set safety meeting and walks to improve safety at our DC and maintained a 99.998% safety rating. All managed Associates received weekly production reviews, semi annual and annual evaluations; If any associate was lacking I would set a plan for him/her to follow to get back within the guidelines of the policies set. My responsibilities varied according to the specific job role and Department.My range of business tasks that were undertaken on daily basis included, manage a working budget, monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods; coordinating and controlled the order cycle and associated information systems; analyzing data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand; allocating and managing staff resources according to changing needs of the days production and staffing needs. When planning projects I would use specific knowledge, such as mechanical-handling systems, to provide information to our Home Office. I started the 4th shift order filling which include hiring and termination duties. I had to train and motivate the start up team. We ran 99.999% Team Performance with a 99.998% safety performance with 8% turn over. I started the 2nd shift order filling department and was the first to run over 100,000 conveyable cases on 2nd shift. I ran under 20% turnover for the complete 6 years of service. I finished out the 1st shift running 120% Team Performance rating for a complete year. Set company shipping record in 2005. Ran a 99.999% safety performance and 8% turn over.
