I work with our members everyday to help them navigate the Medicare road, go over their various options, and empower them to decide what is best for their situation. This is done by holding individual meetings, as well as conducting large seminars for many people to benefit from. Educating our other employees as to the importance of Medicare and our services is yet another thing I do to ensure the quality of the experience.Having in house Medicare assistance is priceless, as we are trusted associates of the Credit Union that our members can rely on. With so many agents out there trying to drive individuals into their office via fear mongering, it really shows how big of a difference such services truly make.My desire is to be here for our members for years to come, so they will always have someone they can turn to when it really matters.
