As the Product Manager for Anybus Wireless, I have had a broad range of responsibilities and carried out several important tasks, including: Planned and executed product launches that contributed to the company's growth. Conducted sales training for our sales team and distributors to ensure they have the knowledge and tools required to successfully sell our products. Developed and led webinars to inform and educate our customers and partners. Conducted customer visits according to the NIHITO method (Nothing Important Happens In The Office) to better understand customers' needs and challenges, and used this knowledge to improve our products. Worked with Value Proposition Design to create and optimize value propositions that resonate with our customers' needs and enhance their experience of our products. Reviewed technical documentation for the products I was responsible for, to ensure usability and accuracy. Managed certifications for markets in America, Europe, and Japan. Prioritized product development backlogs to focus on the most valuable features. Collaborated with manufacturing partners in Taiwan to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.Through these activities, I have contributed to improving Anybus Wireless products and strengthening the company's market position.
