Between my 2nd and 3rd year of university, I completed an extended industrial placement, working in the Quality and Food Safety department, at Mars Chocolate UK. I both managed and contributed to a wide range of projects, all involving collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams. It was an incredibly rewarding year that I took full advantage of by managing many of my own projects and contributing heavily to others. I completed a summer job at a small Carrefour supermarket in France.Working within a small team sharing a range of duties including till work, money handing and end-of-day accounts; warehouse, stock control, stock rotation; customer service and assisting in the bakery.

Working independently and within a team serving customers, till duties, end-of-day cash accounts, stock control, cleaning, resolving customer disputes and administrative duties.Supervisory position made available but enrolled into University instead.
