HR Recruiter Sourcing- includes actively sourcing candidates from various job portals, screening them and scheduling for interviews.• Manage Recruitment Flow – includes proactive candidate care, complex interview coordination and contract administration for hires up to leadership level. • Manage Lines of Communication - updating Recruiters/Hiring Managers/Candidates daily on progress throughout the recruitment process. • Interview Coordination - liaise with Hiring Managers/Recruiters and candidates to book interview rooms and facilities across multiple sites and time zones and send confirmation emails. • Data management – accurate and detailed data input in Excel. • Candidate Care – ensure candidate applications are monitored and processed in a timely manner. • Risk & Control – take ownership of responsibilities and escalate issues immediately to the Recruiter as needed. • Confidentiality – responsible for managing a high volume of confidential information at all times.
