Beyond my role at LIA as a country Director, I have steered the expansion and growth of various programs and impacts. I've had the privilege of serving as a board chairman for two organisations, consulting and coaching diverse clients from church institutions, government, not-for-profit, and private enterprises. I oversee the long-term Wholistic Transformation Development Approach, implementation in 12 districts i Uganda as well as other projects within the Lakes Region countries in model country Program (MCP). Key result areas include: preparation of timely and quality deliverables that feed into the International office in Nairobi programmatic, financial, operational and marketing strategies. Providing strategic leadership and coordination of the Regional Office, ensuring compliance to policies and procedures of Life in Abundance and driving operational excellence.

I am the overall country program manager overseeing the spiritual, physical , economic and social aspects of both the staff and the beneficiaries, Budget management, oversee the program funding ,participate in the proposal writing for funding sourcing and facilitates formation of partnerships in the country program  Supports staff field operation and human resources

•Suggested changes and improvements in projects and materials based on observations and discussions with staff and key stakeholders. •Facilitated parenting groups in saving groups to save for the Early Child Development (ECD) centers in the communities of eastern Uganda. •Facilitated the transition from Early Childhood Development Centers to Primary School by holding dialogue between community children, parents, leaders and primary teacher to understand the needs of children in the lower primary (age 6-8) years •Facilitated the partnerships and Advocacy. •Prepared monthly reports to the administration and other district stakeholders. •Supported assessments for school selection and on going out of school children data gathering. •Assessed needs for capacity building among education staff and shared with the line supervisor to jointly address. •Organized and led trainings for project staff, local government and Ministry of Education and Sports (MoES) authorities as a project technical requirement. •Facilitated children and their families and communities in situational analysis to develop and define projects using participatory methodologies in Child Centered Community Development. •Guided the implementation of community-managed projects while involving development partners. •Implementation program and reporting of planned activity to the regional program manager. •Documented and shared project learning and achievements through meetings, community notice boards and other forms of media. •Facilitated the parenting education among the 30 families that organized themselves to meet once a month for in depth dialogue about how to maximize development in the critical birth to 8years period.
