At House Traders, I am responsible for overseeing daily operations out of our Fort Myers office. My daily tasks include researching possible short-sale, residential properties and looking for creative ways to maximize real estate investments. I work closely with local marketing firms to develop exciting marketing campaigns to reach targeted customers around the world. I spend a great deal of time diligently looking up official records and coming up with innovative methods to buy and sell reidential properties.

At the University of Florida, I am responsible for leading and mentoring the staff and sanitation of several retail dining facilities. I am responsible for opening and closing the building, managing employee issues, and making sure the location is staffed appropriately. Providing excellent customer service is another vital aspect of my duties as location manager.

At the University of Florida's Gator Dining, I worked as a front of house manager and was responsible for the overall appearance and presentation for the residential dining halls. I managed over 100 front line associates on all levels of food prep; receiving, production, and storage. Food safety and quality are at the heart of the business, and continuous trainings kept standards in place.

I work cloesly with professional business travelers and sporting organizations. I coordinate daily business operations with several different departments in the hotel. Some of my major duties include checking in/out of guests, make reservations, accept deposits, and maintain booking statistics through out the year. My hotel is ranked consistently #1 out of 250 McKibbon owned Courtyard properties and #9 of all 850 McKibbon owned brands.

At FInish Line, I mentored and supervised over 25 employees. I delegated tasks and resolved customer complaints. I was also required to file and organize paperwork in accodance with company standards. My main duties included participating in sales events and promotions, conduct interviews, lead the orientation and termination process, and managed training within the organization and outside vendors.
