I’m a Rising Senior at the UMass Amherst Isenberg School of Management’s Mark H. McCormack Sports Management Program, pursuing a second degree in Marketing, as well as a Business Analytics Certificate. I have various agency experience including as an intern at Hazan Sports Management, an NBA agency in New York City, and last summer as a sponsorship Coordinator for brand agency Sports Sponsorship and Events Consulting in Cranbury New Jersey where I became the first intern in a company history to lead sales pitches to potential corporate partners. An experienced broadcaster, I’ve narrated live, on-air play-by-play commentary for my high school’s basketball and hockey games and wrestling matches. As a member of WMUA Sports, I have done the same for UMass Athletics through involvement with both the men's and Women's Basketball teams. On campus, I have served leadership within campus student groups including Umass Hillel, Jewish Leaders in Business, McCormack Leaders, and serving as the youngest Philanthropy Director for the Pioneer Valley Tip-Off. These experiences have exposed me to various aspects of sports while also building my leadership and team-building skills. I excel at math and science, particularly data analytics and statistics, and want to combine these skills with my passion for sports as my career. I’m interested in learning more about the business of professional sports, including finance, marketing, licensing, and contract negotiations. More specifically, I am interested in exploring the realms of sports media, marketing, or public relations as these fields utilize high-level communication skills, creative thinking, and a deep passion for sports.
