Responsible for building and Implementing a world class S&OP process with the aim of improving customer satisfactions, profitability.Strategic and tactical decision-making related to balancing demand with supply and aligning volume/mix with capacity and capability.Accountable for driving supply chain planning through quantitative and qualitative analysis providing recommendations to support planning initiatives and integrate financial and operating planning within strategic objectives, delivering improved operating and financial results.Develop metrics, tools and reporting that will enable teams to better achieve service levels and targets.Partner with Senior stakeholders in Commercial and Logistics to regularly evaluate actual vs Forecast accuracy and work to improve accuracy accounting for external factors.

The role designs, directs, & supervises implementation of the organizations overall supply chain operations including Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Inventory Management, Production Planning, Customer Service, and distribution of finished goods. A strategic function that plans to improve on productivity, quality & efficiency in operations.

Materials requirement planning to ensure that all materials are available as per planned production; Follow up with suppliers for the delivery of call off materials; Secretary to the Logistics and Production review meetingsSupervise to maintain good hygienic conditions of the warehouse and its environs in accordance with SHE, QMS and FSMS.Ensure timely delivery & dispatches of company products, OTIFEFWarehouse: Ensure safe storage of raw, packaging, semi-finished, finished materials and all other items in the warehouse by spot checks, good housekeeping and identification of unsafe conditions and working methodsManage the continuous supply of wholesome materials in their right quantities without any delay as requested by internal and external customersCo-ordinate with Transporters and Customers for the delivery of goods and dispatch of finished productsEnsures regular system clean up such that physical stock situation corresponds with that of operating system (SAP); Schedule and manage stock taking and maintain inventory accuracy at 100% all times Supervise the daily execution of System Health Check and its analysis
