I am a Guest Experience Coordinator at Adventure World Perth, where I manage 60 team members and oversee the operations of the Guest Experience department. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Maritime Engineering (Marine and Offshore Engineering) (Honours) at Australian Maritime College. I have a keen interest in the maritime industry and the engineering challenges it poses. In 2024, I will be commencing my thesis where I aim to develop a data acquisition system to contribute towards the development of a medium-scale floating laboratory. In my role at Adventure World Perth, I am responsible for developing and implementing procedures, labour budgets, and CAPEX projects, as well as minimising financial loss through revenue assurance and effective labour management. I also work closely with contractors, suppliers, and senior management to ensure the smooth running of the park and the satisfaction of the guests. I have a strong work ethic, a guest-centric approach, and a collaborative mindset. I enjoy working in a dynamic and diverse environment, where I can learn from different perspectives and experiences. I am always eager to improve my skills and knowledge, and to contribute to the success of the organization.
