As a rental clerk, I rented out camp sites and cabins, maintained an organized office, responded to customer complaints and attempted to fix them or lift them in priority. Providing good-quality customer care in order to ensure satisfaction was the name of the game.

I bussed and cleaned tables in order to seat new guests quickly. I also assisted servers, bartenders, and hosts in any way I could.

I worked at the licensed Starbucks kiosk in multiple Frys grocery stores, which allowed me to learn all the Starbucks drinks and customer service skills in a slower-paced environment. I opened and closed, often alone, which gave me the confidence to run the store during busy hours when the manager was away.

I left and came back for the midterm season and was trained as a busser, with light experience in serving and barbacking.

I worked as a Team Member in a fast-paced environment.
