I engage in cross-selling other banking products based on customer needs to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through after-sales services. I am actively engaged in reviewing the monthly workplace inspections checklist and reports, ensuring meticulous examination not only for the headquarters but also for branches and centers. In addition, I assume a pivotal role in preparing documentation for Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) committee meetings, conducting Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control (HIRARC) processes. Diligently, I perform routine checks of first aid boxes and actively contribute to the mandatory OSH learning sessions for all staff. I am actively involved in company accounting, which includes handling petty cash, recording payments, and maintaining organized filing systems, all while ensuring compliance with tax regulations and facilitating tax relief processes.

In addition to my responsibilities in serving customers by providing detailed explanations of subjects to students' parents, I actively engage in assisting with the planning of student activities. This includes answering phone calls, following up with parents regarding their children's academic results, and providing continuous support to teachers in the preparation of learning materials. I underwent industrial training in the Engineering (Safety and Health) Department at Trillion Suite by SLG (formerly know as ARIVA Trillion Residences). My responsibilities encompassed a dual role, involving the execution of Engineering tasks, including Room Preventive Maintenance, as well as actively participating in Safety and Health duties such as conducting safety inspections and ensuring the proper safety checks of equipment, emergency response plan etc.

I am entrusted with the meticulous management of database entries, providing guidance to new students during campus visits at SEGi Open Day, and facilitating seamless execution of various SEGi-related events to ensure their smooth and successful progression.
