Roles & Responsibility - Proposing & presenting a new business opportunity to senior management. - Managing a start up company – 5 years business plan, recruiting new talents for each department (Sales, Marketing, Warehouse & Admin), recruiting new business partner (Supplier & Retailer) and etc. - Managing company Profit & Loss. - Understanding category-specific landscapes and trends. - Developing and implementing commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth. - Monitoring performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management. - Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations. - Facilitating the new investor process, including proposal preparation, engaging in discussions, and successfully on boarding new investor.

Roles & Responsibility - Driving in-store execution excellence by optimizing the 3rd party merchandisers. - Equipping 3rd party merchandiser with technical knowledge (e.g. product knowledge, merchandising skills, planogram guidelines etc.) - Identifying in-outlets opportunities & proposing plans. - Managing point of sales material (including budget, logistics, distribution, assortment…) by finding the most efficient solutions - Driving point of sales material utilization efficiencies by reviewing and implementing measure to track POS utilization in the track. - Supporting the launch of new products, by providing inputs to ideal location, adjacencies, etc. for these new products. - Providing OOS analysis, promotional, pricing and competitor report to internal team and senior management. - Preparing & controlling team operational costs according to the prevailing annual budget forecast.Project Basis - Collaborating with product managers and marketing team to build sales promotions and product communication. - Collaborating with sales teams to turn the “selling stories” into sales tools to effectively present the brands, the products and the marketing initiatives to their customers.Achievement - Proposing & implementing a better way of working with 3rd party agency and internal team to drive better result. - Out of Stock level reduced more than 3% within 6 months (1500++ outlets; 90++ SKUs). - Working together with Procurement Team to conduct Merchandising Service Open Pitch in Q1, 2017. - Working closely with internal and external parties in developing/implementing “Perfect Store” project. - Achieving execution excellence for campaign activities in both MT & GT outlets. - Establishing a new promotion campaign – 2017 Hari Raya Campaign & 5X DHA Campaign. - Establishing a new product development from concept generation to market launch – Milky Star Wars.
