I have experience in the food industry (3 years), in the field of information systems within the logistics operations department (primary and secondary distribution). In this role, I had the opportunity to redefine the distribution and delivery process. I also managed and implemented a transportation management system, achieving significant savings for the company. In addition, I have completed projects related to innovation management. My involvement included using market analysis tools and business models, implementing creative processes and business intelligence, and designing and presenting strategies for business success. These experiences have allowed me to consolidate my technical knowledge, develop my team leadership and learn to make decisions in uncertain contexts.
