As an Analytical Chemist I at ENCORE LABS, I apply my chemistry knowledge and analytical skills to characterize and quantify pesticides and mycotoxins in cannabis products by LC/MS/MS. ENCORE LABS is a leading cannabis testing laboratory in California that ensures the safety and quality of cannabis products for consumers and businesses.I graduated from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry in May 2021. I have developed core competencies in sample preparation, analytical techniques, data analysis, and quality control in QA/QC labs. I work with a team of skilled and experienced analysts to perform routine and specialized methods, troubleshoot LC/MS, and review quality control data and trends. I use Siex OS, Analyst, and Excel to analyze and report data in written and oral forms. I am motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the cannabis industry and to learn from my colleagues.
