When I began my career in recruiting and professional development coordination, I realized that helping others grow and advance professionally is ultimately what gives me the greatest sense of fulfillment and progress. Over the past 15 years, I've grown alongside the legal professionals and clients I support, developing a deep understanding of the best practices that guide the delivery of customized, highly effective continuing education and leadership development programs. My perfectionistic drive to empower professionals has led me to constantly innovate in my training delivery strategy and have an excellent time doing it. At O'Melveny & Myers, I've spearheaded a "CLE to Go" e-learning portal and served on a team that helped the company rank among Vault's best law firms to work for, just to name a couple of the efforts I'm most proud of. In my current role at O'Melveny & Myers, I focus on delivering world-class internal and external training events while partnering across multiple teams to ensure that we are investing as thoroughly as possible in our most valuable asset: Our people.
