Officer, Community Engagement
Community Engagement• Assist in developing and implement engagement strategies that encourage community participation and collaboration• Coordinate internal departments and external parties to plan and execute community engagement programs and events with the key moments captured for storytelling purpose• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, and industry and community partnersService proposition• Create and manage contents in a variety of forms (ie: 醫療前線日常系列videos, infographics, articles etc.)• Assist the searching of appropriate internal and external channels for the contents• Work with social media channel owners to create engaging content and analyse engagementmetrics of social media• Manage the media library and ensure that all content is up to date
