My background includes an array of industrial field service work. I have fulfilled many roles including Maintenance technician, department lead, programmer, trainer, planner, automation specialist and more. I am a certified [PLC] ControlLogix Programmer and automation specialist. As such, I have in depth Electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls experience (EI&C); my vast equipment knowledge includes programming, R&D, lean manufacturing methodology, Kaizen, reliability, continuous improvement (CI), design and procurement. As an I&C Tech. for AE2S I have served as a SCADA/PLC/VFD and network programmer, control system designer, FSE, instrumentation calibrator, project manager, client relationship manager, business development lead, construction RPR, automation specialist, and EI&C resource among other roles. As a qualified Industrial Tech. III, for Innovative Labs, Worthington Industries, and others, I have utilized my extensive skillset to maximize equipment uptime and continuously improve manufacturing processes via pain identification, analysis, controls development, fabrication, repair, safety and automation projects, upkeep and development for mechanical systems, automated equipment installations and commissioning (I&C) and more.
