About Sam Mcmanus

As an experienced recruiter, I am passionate about finding and recruiting top level talent in the technology space. I spent 2 years in executive recruiting primarily focused on investor and equity backed technology companies before moving to IT recruiting. I am currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager with DV Trading, focused on building out our growing developer and infrastructure needs with exceptional technical and cultural talent.While earning my degree at DePauw, I was involved in both rigorous academics and athletics, earning a degree in History and minor in Economics while swimming my heart out in the pool. I served as a captain of the 2017-2018 Men's Swimming and Diving team and on DePauw's Student Athletic Advisory Council from 2015-2017. At the 2017 Division III NCAA Championships, I was a two time All-American in the 100 and 200 yard breaststrokes with 8th and 7th place finishes respectively. At the 2018 Division III NCAA Championships, I finished 2nd in the 100 yard breaststroke, and won the 200 yard breaststroke, the first National title in DePauw Men's Swimming history. Since I retired from swimming (a "swammer" if you will) I have been enjoying marathon running, cooking, and playing competitive online games with my friends.
