I was specifically focused on a new GPS tracking software that the company invested into to keep on top of both large construction equipment as well as on-road vehicles driven by company workers. My task was to dig into the software and come up with reports to see how we could manage our equipment to keep it in top shape, as well as making sure our drivers were safe and behaving in an appropriate manner. I was also able to sit in on meetings with the company that provided the GPS tracking to discuss the possibility of implementing dash cameras for our on-road drivers to take safety and accountability to the next level. With these cameras along with the GPS software, we could make sure that our drivers were safe on the roads. The implementation of the cameras would help us identify problems in case of accidents or issues and could help if there are any problems with other drivers on the road.

Worked within the Accounting Department assisting various projects. Primary focus was providing analysis on the viability of a new business venture by examining sales, cost of goods sold, inventory and capital expenditures. Also worked on reconciling cost budgets on multi-million-dollar construction projects.
