Loading specimen onto a tray by filtering out HILs (Hemolysis, Icterics & Lipemics), spuns, shorts, etc then loading it onto the Cobas machine. Unloading the Cobas machines and filtering out sample errors (clots, shorts, air bubbles) and black dots (which counts for missorts, sample duplicates, etc). Dumping the trays of specimen. Got experience with programs such as LCWS and LCLS 1000 (Need to double check to see if I got the initials right). Got training of building HILs, Spuns, Sister Labs, and finding where other specimen are in the lab to make up for the short specimens. So far I am having a lot of fun! :)
