In this role I lead a team of direct reports that work in multiple locations. Tracking warehouse inventory and developing new processes to improve accuracy are daily objectives. My responsibilities include forecasting proper labor needs, truck and transportation of goods to client locations and coordinating with production team members to problem solve in order to satisfy client needs.

Utilized Service Channel to review and submit work order proposals for Sam's and Walmart locations in Arkansas and Oklahoma. Daily communication with clients and vendors regarding their complete outdoor facilities maintenance needs. Responsible for 24-7 around the clock operation which included overnight, weekend, and holiday services. Lead by example to coach my team the importance of professionalism and pride in their work at all times.

My team had the lowest churn rate in the local branch and ranked second overall in the territory in KPI for 2021. Lead a team of technicians to reach sales, productivity & safety goals. Worked with central dispatch to help route and monitor appointments. Conducted daily coaching sessions with technicians to track performance goals and work toward promotion.

My shift produced the highest on-time outbound freight truckload departures in the region with and average of 96% effectiveness. I was hired on directly into a part time management position, within five months I was promoted to a full time role. My job responsibilities included: running the city dispatch, creating pickup and load out plans, managing warehouse operations. Direct reports consisted of union drivers, office staff & warehouse workers.

Taught primary, middle, and high school learners. Corralled classrooms of up to 36 students. Created lesson plans for various learning styles and interests. A great multi-cultural experience overall!
