Besides working in hotel operation, I have vast experience in management of the hospitality supply chain having worked closely with travel agents and tour operations, representatives of various food and beverage brands and as well as suppliers and vendors of various hospitality solutions. Currently working with Karen Blixen Group - a five star Restaurant operation.
